How To Find a Job on LinkedIn

As much as we recruiters would like to think and want to be the only person helping you find a job, it’s just not realistic. You are in charge of your job search and we are to help you, however that doesn’t mean that you should stop your own job search. In addition to working with recruiters, you should also be savvy in using online tools and social sites to search for work.

LinkedIn is a great place to find jobs. Their search engine can be personalized to help you find what you are looking for. They also make it easy for you to apply since your profile has your resume built into it already. When you created your profile, it should have asked you to upload your resume so it’s available and ready to go. Many people have added their social sites as a resource to their job search. Monster andCareerBuilder are still top contenders for finding job opportunities but we all know the more resources we have the better chances we have of finding a job right away.
