If you refer a Ruby on Rails Engineer and that person gets placed, we will pay you $5,000!!! If the person is referred in by more than one person, the first person to submit that successful candidate will receive the bonus. What you may be doing:
- Design and develop high quality Ruby on Rails (RoR) products that will support a rapid growing user community
- Work as part of a core team of RoR experts to come up with innovative solutions that help our products scale and adapt to evolving business needs
- Refactor existing code base and mentor other developers in best of breed software development practices
- Work along-side QA and operations to fix bugs and resolve production issues in a timely manner
What we are looking for:
- Professional development with RoR preferably in environments with millions of transactions per day
- Passionate about RoR and making a difference using RoR within a dynamic start-up environment
- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science
